By installing or using CleanBee ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app — there's no account to delete because CleanBee never created one.
CleanBee is an iOS utility that helps you find and remove duplicate photos, screenshots, large files, and other clutter from your iPhone's photo library. All processing happens on your device. CleanBee never decides what to delete on your behalf — every removal is initiated and confirmed by you.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. CleanBee cannot bill you directly.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by CleanBee, per Apple's standard refund policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase.
When CleanBee deletes a photo, iOS moves it to the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app, where it stays for 30 days before permanent removal. You can restore any photo during that window. CleanBee never bypasses this safety net.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We've tested CleanBee carefully and use it ourselves daily, but ultimately you are responsible for what you delete from your photo library. We strongly recommend keeping a backup (iCloud Photos, Time Machine, or similar) before bulk-deleting old content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CleanBee and its developer are not liable for any loss of photos, videos, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved in Latvian courts.
